Presently pending and ready for resolution in this case is a motion to remand and for attorney’s fees filed by Mohammad Rizwan and Robina Shaheen. (ECF No. 25). Also pending is a motion to dismiss filed by FCI Lender Services, Inc., LongVue Mortgage Capital, Inc., and WestVue NPL Trust II. (ECF No. 16).
