MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LUNGSTRUM, District Judge.
This case is currently before the court on three motions filed by the parties. Cross-defendant Kelvin Jefferson (Jefferson) asks the court to dismiss the cross-claim asserted by defendant and cross-claimant Union Pacific Railroad (Union Pacific) (doc. # 60), and plaintiff Billie Joe Reeve (Reeve) has filed a motion for an order to endorse an expert witness (doc. # 89) and a motion for leave to amend the pretrial order and his witness and exhibit lists (doc. # 90).
