Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Kuhnen, J.), entered March 10, 1981 in Delaware County, which denied *840plaintiff’s motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff bank commenced this action to recover a judgment for the deficiency remaining upon a promissory note executed by defendant’s son, which loan defendant had guaranteed. Plaintiff had repossessed a tractor given as security, and sold it for $8,500 at public auction.
