This appeal by plaintiff, Clara Skolnik, seeks to reverse an order which sustained defendant’s motion to strike her amended statement of claim and to dismiss her suit.

This action was brought against defendant, Beatrice Petella, to recover a balance claimed to be due upon a $500 mortgage bond owned by plaintiff which had theretofore gone to foreclosure and sale.
