YOUNG, Justice.

Our opinion of date October 21, 1960 is withdrawn and in lieu thereof the following is substituted therefor.

This action in trial court was described by appellant corporation as a damage suit instituted by appellees on April 17, 1957 to recover statutory penalty for exaction of usurious interest and for damages, mental and physical, allegedly resulting from the manner in which defendant’s agents and servants attempted to collect a balance due on a note executed by plaintiffs.
