This is an appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Waukesha County, entered on April 20, 1977, adjudging that certain real estate was dedicated to the Village of Pewaukee by the appellant’s predecessor in title.

The central issue in this case is the ownership of a strip of land in the Village of Pewaukee on Pewaukee Lake, immediately adjacent to a lot owned by the ap pellant, Martin Heise. Both Mr. Heise and the Village of Pewaukee claim title to the strip of land.
