This is an appeal by the defendants from a judgment of the Circuit Court, based upon a verdict, in favor of the plaintiff, and entered in an action wherein the plaintiff charged that the defendants so negligently operated a tanker truck owned by them that it collided with, a similar vehicle owned by the plaintiff. Both parties to this action are in the business of operating tanker trucks which transport gasoline.
