The right of the insurance companies, which are ten of the eleven plaintiffs, to maintain this action as co-plaintiffs, in the event the other plaintiff, Silver Falls Timber Company, possesses a cause of action, is not questioned by the defendant. We shall hereafter refer to the Silver Falls Timber Company as the plaintiff and to the. Eastern and Western Lumber Company as the defendant.
