SANDSTROM, Justice.

[¶ 1] Nu-Tec Industries, Inc. (“Nu-Tec”), Ronald J. Balzer, Rudy Balzer, and James Balzer appeal from a judgment and amended judgment awarding Coughlin Construction Company, Inc. (“Coughlin”), $151,122 in damages, costs, and fees for breach of a construction contract. They also appeal from an order denying their motion for amended findings. We conclude the district court’s award of damages *870is not clearly erroneous and the court did not err in piercing the corporate veil of Nu-Tec. We affirm.
