RILEY, Chief Judge.

Reynaldo Roblero-Ramirez pled guilty to reentering the United States illegally after being deported for an aggravated felony conviction, in violation of 8 U.S.C. § 1326(a) and (b)(2). The district court imposed a sixteen level sentence enhancement under United States Sentencing Guidelines (U.S.S.G. or Guidelines) § 2L1.2(b)(l)(A)(ii) after finding that Ro-blero-Ramirez previously had been convicted of a crime of violence.
