Tamara Miles Ogier (“Trustee”) has filed her Motion for Partial Summary Judgment (“Motion”) [Docket No. 6], seeking relief with respect to Proof of Claim Nos. 21, 23, 24 and 25, which claims were filed by the Defendants. Prior to the filing of the Trustee’s Motion, the Defendants raised, among other affirmative defenses, that service of process was insufficient as to at least one of the Defendants.
