DECISION AND ORDER

THOMAS S. UTSCHIG, Bankruptcy Judge.

In this adversary proceeding, the chapter 7 trustee seeks to recover certain payments made by the debtor on the grounds that they constitute preferential transfers under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b). As part of their joint pretrial statement, the parties stipulated to certain facts and submitted briefs on the relevant legal issues. 1 The Court conducted a telephonic hearing on the matter on April 18, 2011.
