MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
DE ME NT, District Judge.
Before the court is a Motion For Summary Judgment with accompanying Brief In Support Of Motion For Summary Judgment (“Defs.’ Br.”), filed by Defendants Stanley B. Sessions (“Mr.Sessions”), Lynn D. Sessions (“Mrs.Sessions”), and Argonaut Relocation Services (“Argonaut”) (collectively, “Defendants”) on December 30, 1998.
