MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
JOEL B. ROSENTHAL, Bankruptcy Judge.
This case presents problems of the Debtor’s making as she attempts to traverse her own course through Chapter 13 beginning with an incomplete creditor matrix and including a confirmed plan which was not served on all of the creditors, if indeed it was even served at all, and inconsistent statements of the Debtor. The Court only first became aware of these problems when the Debtor sought to amend a confirmed plan to include postpe-tition unpaid taxes.
