MEMORANDUM OF OPINION AND ORDER
RANDOLPH BAXTER, Bankruptcy Judge.
The matter before the Court is Terry and Lynda Thaxton’s (“Debtors”) Objection to the Proof of Claim of Clareshire Court Condominium Association (“Clare-shire”). The Court acquires core matter jurisdiction over this proceeding under 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(J) and General Order No. 84 of this District.
