MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER OVERRULING OBJECTION TO GECC CLAIM

Prior to the petition date, General Electric Capital Corporation (“GECC”), the debtor’s mortgagee, obtained a Consensual Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale (“Judgment”) that, inter alia, entered judgment *193in favor of GECC against the debtor in the amount of $74,007,710.71.
