Jack Eggleston, as successor to Vapor Honing Company, Inc., brought this suit *912seeking damages on the theories of breach of contract or quantum meruit, and exemplary damages and attorney’s fees. Defendants in the trial court were Humble Pipe Line Company and its inspector, F. S. Parsons. A take nothing judgment was rendered as to both defendants and Eggle-ston, as appellant, now complains only of Humble Pipe Line’s exoneration.
