This case was tried in the District Court of Tom Green County, Texas, on the first amended original petition and first supplemental petition of the plaintiff and the first original answer of the defendants. Mrs. Lula Bell Ulmer, a widow, individually and as community executrix of the estate of her deceased husband, M. B. Ulmer, was the plaintiff. LaVenia Ulmer, surviving widow of J. A.
