Appellants, Control Solutions, Inc., United Phosphorous, Inc. (“UPI”), and Mark Boyd (collectively, “CSI”),1 appeal from *134the trial court’s judgment notwithstanding the verdict (“JNOV”) that they take nothing by their claims against appellees, Gharda Chemicals, Ltd. (“Gharda”) and Gharda USA, Inc. (“GUSA”).
