The appeal is by Archie Jackson and Bob Saylor from a judgment sentencing them to prison for fifteen years for the killing of Taylor Bailey. The essential facts are that Bailey and some companions found a bee tree. While it was being cut, Bailey and two others found two barrels of moonshine still beer near by. -As some of the party were tasting it, the defendant Archie Jackson, Dock Saylor, and two others came up.
