Reversing.

The appellant was indicted for willful murder. On his trial he was convicted of voluntary manslaughter, and his punishment fixed at twenty-one years in the penitentiary. He appeals.

The evidence shows that on Saturday night, June 28, 1930, Leslie Woolens, Stanley Sanders, and Randall Lambert rode horseback to church at Olaton. On their way Oscar Vittitoe joined them.
