OPINION

FRY, Judge.

{1} Defendant Charles Vigil appeals from the district court’s review of his on-record appeal from metropolitan court. On appeal to this Court, Defendant challenges the admission of an officer’s testimony referencing a police report as violating the rules of evidence and his right to confrontation. This Court became aware of deficiencies with Defendant’s notice of appeal when the matter came before the Court for calendaring.
