Plaintiffs Marvin M. Brandt and Marvin M. Brandt Revocable Trust (plaintiffs) filed their Complaint on April 28, 2009, alleging a taking by the United States of plaintiffs’ property interests in a railroad right-of-way (Railroad ROW) that traverses plaintiffs’ property in Albany County, Wyoming.
