ORDER

ALLEGRA, Judge:

On May 2, 2012, this court granted, in part, defendant’s motion to dismiss plaintiffs complaint under RCFC 12(b)(1), holding that the prior filing of a district court action deprived this court of jurisdiction over some of plaintiffs claims under 28 U.S.C. § 1500. Petro-Hunt, L.L.C. v. United States, 105 Fed.Cl. 37 (2012). On May 29, 2012, plaintiff filed a motion for reconsideration under RCFC 59. The court deems further briefing on this motion unnecessary.
