This is an action of ejectment to recover the possession of a house lot located on the beach at Waikiki, being Apana 1, L. O. A. No. 6616 issued to Nuuanu, June 1, 1852, It. P. No. 2561. The defendant plead the general issue and relied on the claim of *524adverse possession for the statutory period.
