Court of Appeals of Georgia

Decided October 4, 1974No. 49463PublishedCited by 14 opinions

1Opinion of the Court

Clark, Judge.

This appeal is by a defendant motorist against whom a verdict was rendered in favor of a plaintiff who had sustained injuries in a collision between the motorcycle on which plaintiff was riding and the pick-up truck driven by defendant. The parties were proceeding in opposite directions on a two-lane highway when defendant turned left into the path of the approaching motorcyclist to enter a side road and the plaintiffs motorcycle hit the right rear fender of defendant’s vehicle. After denial of a new trial motion, this appeal followed from that judgment.
