This is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHSC); John C. Ribble, M.D. (Ribble), Interim President; and Margaret C. McNeese, M.D. (McNeese), Associate Dean for Student Affairs, appellees.
