OPINION
BARRY, District Judge.
On March 15, 1985, Anthony Tammaro, Inc. (“Tammaro”) filed a voluntary petition for relief pursuant to Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code. 11 U.S.C. § 1101 et seq. That routine legal act has given rise to complex questions concerning the proper jurisdictional reach of judges of the United States Bankruptcy Court and of the United States District Court.
