Appeal from a judgment of conviction of possession of a narcotic drug in violation of Minn. St. 618.02. The following facts in this case are not contested, and the only issues concern the legal conclusions to be drawn from them.

Late in the evening of August 14 or in the early morning of August 15, 1965, the Oakdale Drug Company in Owatonna, Minnesota, was burglarized and a quantity of narcotics, guns, appliances, and other personal property was taken therefrom.
