THIS CAUSE has come before the Court upon the Emergency Motion by the Plaintiffs CBS Inc. (“CBS”), American Broadcasting Companies, Inc. (“ABC”), National Broadcasting Company, Inc. (“NBC”) and Miami Daily News Inc.
