This is a consumer lending case in which Plaintiffs Franklin and Eva Mills allege that Defendants Equicredit Corporation (“EquiCredit”), First Discount Mortgage (“First Discount”), U.S. National Bank Association (“U.S.Bank”), Fairbanks Capital Corporation (“Fairbanks”), and Loan Servicing Center (“LSC”) engaged in improper lending practices.
