The complainant is a Delaware corporation and a dealer in meat and pork products and is the successor of a New Jersey corporation of the same name and composed of practically the same stockholders and officers. The New Jersey company had been engaged in this business for a period of over twenty-five years and had built up a large and valuable trade in certain counties of this state.
