The bill in this case was 'filed by W. <T. Young, one of the *224devisees of Sarah Young, deceased, for the construction of her will, settlement of her estate, the partition or sale of her real -estate, and the distribution of the proceeds among those entitled thereto. All persons in interest were made parties defendant, and the court entered a decree, which is now before us for review.
