The proof respecting where the accident occurred was conflicting. Counsel for appellant insist, it was-conclusively shown that .such place was inore than one hundred feet west of the one designated in the notice. Upon that, theory they strenuously urge that such notice was fatally defective. We shall not discuss the evidence in respect to the-matter. It has been carefully examined, resulting in the conclusion that we cannot agree with counsel’s contention that the verdict of the jury, in effect finding that the place of the accident was correctly stated in the notice, is wholly without…
