These actions, not consolidated for trial, involve substantially the same issues with respect to the defenses of limitation of actions and laches. For the purposes stated herein, the ruling of the Court will be applicable to each ease, but separate orders will be entered and a copy of this memorandum will be made a part of the record in each case.
