Plaintiff Inge Goodson appeals the district court’s grant of defendant Bank of America, N.A.’s (BANA’s) motion for summary judgment on her Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) claim. After a confusing foreclosure process, Goodson filed suit in district court alleging that four letters sent by or on behalf of BANA included “false, deceptive or misleading” representations in violation of the FDCPA.
