DECISION AND JUDGMENT ENTRY
{¶ 1} This appeal is from two July 6, 2006 judgments of the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas, which granted the motions to suppress filed by appellees, Joseph Hill and William Whitten, and prohibited the prosecution from introducing into evidence appellees' prior judgments of convictions that were either not properly journalized or did not contain a finding of guilt.
