HOUSTON, Justice.

Rosie Stallworth sued Continental Real Estate Management, Inc. (“Continental”), and William Myers (the owner of Continental), alleging conversion, trespass, intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud, willful termination of her lease, and outrage. Continental and Myers filed a motion for summary judgment as to all of Ms. Stallworth’s claims against them.
