MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

This matter is before the Court on Defendant Bryan Coffman’s motion to dismiss Counts 1-10, 14-19, and 34 of the Indictment based on the United States Supreme Court’s recent decision in Morrison v. Nat’l Austl. Bank Ltd., — U.S. -, 130 S.Ct. 2869, 177 L.Ed.2d 535 (2010). Defendants Megan Coffman and Gary Milby joined in this motion (See DE 189, 192) but added no substantive arguments.
