OPINION
DAVID A. SCHOLL, Bankruptcy Judge.
The instant matter before the Court presents a difficult question concerning the right of an administrative claimant to interest; and, assuming that such interest is payable, relatively easy questions regarding the rate of such interest and whether payment of such interest may be ordered to be made immediately, or should be deferred until the effective date of the Plan.
