A. INTRODUCTION

The matters presently before us all appear to be manifestations of a herculean effort by the Debtors to avoid the loss of their home as the result of a mortgage foreclosure proceeding commenced on October 22,1982, which resulted in a sheriffs sale of the home on November 5, 1984. The output of this effort has produced three bankruptcies prior to the instant Chapter 13 bankruptcy case, which itself has been pending over three years without confirmation of a Plan.
