A. INTRODUCTION
The instant consolidated contested matters are Objections filed by the Trustee of a mortgage service company which is presently a Chapter 7 Debtor mortgage service company to administrative and secured Proofs of Claim filed by lending institutions whose mortgages the Debtor serviced.
