This appeal concerns the proper interpretation to be accorded a property settlement agreement entered into between appellant Roy Hendricks and his former wife, Mable Hendricks. The Hendricks were divorced on December 12, 1967. Roy testified that at that time he obtained certain real property owned by the parties, and Mable received $10,000 in bonds and $10,000 in cash.
