These causes came on to be heard upon appeals from the Court of Common Pleas of Hamilton County.

Plaintiff-appellant Pauline Taylor appeals from an entry of summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees the First National Bank of Cincinnati and the First National Bank of Cincinnati, University Branch (together, “First National”) on her complaint for breach of contract, negligence and conversion.
