GRAVES, Justice.

Appellant, Thomas C. Bowling, was convicted in the Fayette Circuit Court of the intentional murders of Edward and Tina Early and of the fourth degree assault of Christopher Early. He was sentenced to death. His convictions and sentence were affirmed by this Court on September 30, 1993, and his petition for rehearing was denied on March 24, 1994. Bowling v. Commonwealth, Ky., 873 S.W.2d 175 (1994). His petition for a Writ of Certiorari was denied by the United States Supreme Court on Oc tober 3, 1994. Bowling v.
