This is an appeal from the judgment of the district •court for Lancaster county, presented here as a case stated, settled and allowed by the trial court.

The appellant contests the validity of chapter 42, Laws 1937, being .the last amendment to the Nebraska moratorium law, as being repugnant to the “contract clause,” U. S. Const. art.
