Appeal from an order of the district court denying defendant’s motion for amended findings of fact and conclusions of law or in the alternative for a new trial.

This is an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of land. Plaintiffs, the owners of a hardware store and business in Jordan, Minnesota, sued the defendant to enforce an agreement dated June 11, 1959, in which he contracted to buy their real estate, inventory, and equipment for a total price of $39,527.94.
