Rhein, deceased (decedent), appeals from an order entered by the District Court for Douglas County, Nebraska, sustaining a motion for summary judgment filed by the appellees, Caterpillar Tractor Co. (Caterpillar), Missouri Valley Machinery Co. (Missouri Valley), Hartford Sand and Gravel Co. (Hartford Sand), and Donald N. Rogert (Rogert).
