HUTCHESON, Circuit Judge.
One of a number of suits brought by lessors to recover the market price of gas sold to lessees at the well in the Richland Field, this is its second appearance here. On the first appeal the cause was reversed for defect in the verdict, and the opinion, 1 instead of discussing the many other questions raised, referred as a guide on another trial, to the opinion in Arkansas Natural Gas Co. v.
