— Affirming.
On July 24, 1936, F. L. Taylor in the course of his employment by appellee, Cornett Lewis Coal Company, met his death in appellee’s coal mine. . Shortly after Taylor’s death the Company made a settlement of the claim for his death by paying to his administrator either $1,000 or $2,000, the exact amount paid or to be paid not being clear in the record. Sometime later the widow and infant children of Taylor, who are the appellants in this case, filed a claim on account of his death with the Workmen’s Compensation Board for compensation under the…
